Parawi Project

As part of its plans to maintain production, CBG has inaugurated new production sites on the Parawi plateau and surrounding areas - Hamdallaye, Kobi, Bourouré and Thiapikouré). This new site will come into operation simultaneously with the current site at N'Dangara.
The Parawi project involves:

3 M m3 of excavation;

400,000 m3 of backfill;

12 km of railway track;

5 km of power lines;

13 km of mining roads;

4 contractors and 3 control offices on site.

To date, more than 500 employees work on the site (95% of whom are Guineans and 50% of whom come from the locality of Boké and its surroundings).
